1. Open the Left app at least once after installing.
2. Update to the latest iOS/iPadOS/macOS and the latest version of Left.
3. Restart your device and try adding the widget again.

iOS manages widget refreshes to save battery. Apps request updates, but the system decides when they occur. Opening Left updates widgets immediately; otherwise, refreshes happen on a schedule within the system's budget.

1. Touch and hold the Home Screen until apps jiggle.
2. Tap + (top-left) and search for Left.
3. Pick a style and size (small, medium, large).
4. Tap Add Widget, then long-press the widget and choose Edit Widget to configure it.

1. Touch and hold the Lock Screen and tap Customize.
2. Tap the widget area and choose Left.
3. Select the widget type you want and finish customization.

StandBy widgets can be added from the same customization flow.

iPad: touch and hold the Home Screen → tap + → search for Left → choose size → Add Widget.

Mac: right-click the desktop and choose Edit Widgets → search for Left → drag a widget into place.

Yes. Left tracks streaks automatically — habits complete based on your schedule and reset only if you choose. Streak and habit widgets are available for your Home Screen, Lock Screen, and StandBy.
