6 Best Tiimo Alternatives for iPhone in 2026
Checked 20 October 2026. Every competitor detail below comes from that app's US App Store page and Apple's public lookup data, fetched that day, plus developers' own websites where we say so. Left details come from the app itself.
Tiimo is a visual planner that describes itself as a "neurodivergent-friendly planner": a color-coded schedule, an AI co-planner, a focus timer and widgets. It has 4.6 stars from 20,948 ratings on the US App Store. People look for an alternative when the price doesn't suit them, or when they need a different kind of help: guided routines, a timer for each task, a way to break big tasks down, or simply a clearer sense of how much time is left. Here are six alternatives and what each one is for.
Disclosure: we make Left, so we have put it first. Here is why, and when another app suits you better.
None of these apps, ours included, is a medical treatment. If you're managing ADHD, talk to a qualified professional about what's right for you.

1. Left: make time visible
Left is a time awareness app for iPhone. Instead of planning every block of your day, it keeps the time itself in view: how much of today, this hour, the week and the year is left, and how long until the things you're waiting for.
- Time left today: the Today view and the Day widget show the hours left today as a grid of symbols, with the time that has passed dimmed. The Daytime widget fades the parts of the day that are over, and the Minutes widget counts down the minutes left in the current hour. They work on the Home Screen; the Day widget also works on the Lock Screen, and the Minutes widget as an inline Lock Screen widget.
- Countdowns you can see: Ahead dates count down to appointments, deadlines and trips, with Live Activities on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island before they start or end.
- Routines as habits: habits can repeat daily, weekly or monthly on the days you choose, with up to 4 reminders each. Get a persistent reminder shows a Live Activity an hour before a time you choose if the habit still isn't logged, and the Habit widget lets you log it with one tap.
- Planner (Left Premium): one day view with your Apple Calendar events, Apple Reminders and Todoist tasks next to your habits and countdowns, plus an interactive Planner widget.
Best for: people who lose track of time and want it on the Lock Screen and Home Screen, rather than in a planner they have to open.
Price: free to download. Time Left, the Day, Daytime and Minutes widgets, Left Wallpaper and 2 each of habits, streaks, Aims and countdowns are free. Left Premium, a subscription or lifetime purchase, adds unlimited items, Planner and more. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Pros: time left today, this hour and this year at a glance; habit Live Activity nudges; countdown Live Activities; free widgets for time left, habits and countdowns.
Cons: no drag-and-drop schedule, AI co-planner or step-by-step routine timer; Planner needs Left Premium; needs an iPhone with iOS 26 or later.

By Routinery Corp. Its App Store page describes routines broken into short steps, each on its own timer, with a voice that "calls out what comes next". It shows your day as a list, a calendar or a timeline, includes a Pomodoro timer and a Home Screen widget, and lets you share a routine with family or a friend.
Best for: getting through mornings and evenings one step at a time.
Price: "2 routines free, no account". The free plan shows ads; Premium, monthly, 6-month or yearly, lifts the routine cap and removes ads.
Pros: 4.7 from 18,077 ratings; Apple Watch, iPad and Mac; no account needed; the listing says it is "not a medical device".
Cons: only 2 routines on the free plan; no web version; its privacy label lists other data used to track you.
4. Planny
By Kevin Reutter. Its App Store page describes one chronological timeline of tasks and events, built on Apple Reminders and Calendar with no account, a focus timer "with a Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island", habits with streaks, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets and an Apple Watch app.
Best for: a visual timeline without moving your plans out of Apple's apps.
Price: "Everything essential is free." Planny Premium, monthly, yearly, lifetime or family, extends Planny Intelligence, statistics ranges, habits, attachments and wallpapers.
Pros: no separate account; Live Activity focus timer; Apple Watch; updated in October 2026.
Cons: only 44 ratings so far; requires iOS 26 or later, like Left.

Its App Store page describes setting "a countdown timer for every task", a total list time with an estimated finishing time, and confetti when you finish a task. Recent release notes describe alarms that play for up to 30 seconds when the app is closed, and soundscapes that keep playing when you switch tabs. Its version history mentions Live Activities and the Dynamic Island.

Price: $1.99 to download. Goblin Tools Pro, monthly or yearly, adds features that rely on online services, such as sync, templates and shared lists.
Pros: 4.8 from 3,041 ratings; inexpensive; iPhone, iPad and Apple silicon Macs; the developer's site lists a web version and Android too.
Cons: not a planner or timer; its release notes describe widgets and notifications as future plans; Apple Watch isn't listed.

- Left out: coaching programs, self-care and mood apps, and apps not updated in the last 10 months. We also didn't rank apps on any health claims their listings make.
- Sources: each app's own App Store page and Apple's lookup data, plus Tiimo's, Structured's and Goblin Tools' websites where noted. No paid placements, and no developer reviewed this page.
